Fitness, nutrition or mindset focused. We work with awesome ladies to reduce time pressures, lack of self-belief, lack of confidence, negative self-talk, guilt for prioritising self, and avoiding quick fix “exercise programmes” or “diets”.
Talks and Events
Just like our workshops but on a bigger scale. (They can also be combined with workshops) to include activities such as goal setting, growth mindset training, leadership and confidence building.

The FFM is an online Movement designed to give awesome women the power to transform their lifestyles through their fitness, mindset and nutrition. From complete beginners (in any of these areas) to athletes and everything in-between, we have created a safe space to interact, ask those burning questions and be supported by a like-minded group of women.
As well as bringing together a community of like-minded women in similar situations, we provide accountability, video Q&As, monthly challenges, and fitness, mindset and nutrition resources.
