IONA BRUCE MLitt, MA, PgDip
She has been a sports coach for the past 11 years and a strength and conditioning coach for the past 3. She has worked with numerous athletes, taking them through periodised programmes to suit their training schedules, sport-specific goals and fitness and aethetic aims.
DR EUAN SPEIRITS MBChB
Euan graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2013 with specialist interest in Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine and Biomechanical Research. sInce then he has gone on to become an Orthopaedic Research Fellow, Registrar and Phd student at University of Strathclyde and Golden Jubilee Research Institute. He is passionate about Sports Medicine with an active role in Strength/ Conditioning training, Athlete Wellbeing and is currently undergoing his UKSCA Accreditation.
You may recognise Euan by his racing nickname “Rossi”, as an Elite 4X and Downhill racer with over 10 years racing experience. He is an active member of the mountain bike community (winning Scottish Mountain Biking ‘Hero of the Year’ 2017) and Owner/ Co-Ordinator of #4XWEDNESDAYS charity. With over a decade of competing at International Tennis and British Premiere Basketball, he understands what it is to be an athlete as well as what it takes to treat them.
